Holland-born Sarah-Jayne Riedel lives in London and releases music under the moniker, Dutch Mustard. Building on her previous success with the single “A Song For Dreamers” and her critically acclaimed EP, An Interpretation Of Depersonalisation, pegged by none other than Iggy Pop on his radio show. She’s followed up with Beauty. The word “dreamy” comes up a lot when describing Riedel’s music, and it’s certainly apt, with just one example from Clash “blending indie tropes with some dreamy guitar effects, and lush use of melody.” Riedel is also an actress (Wicked 2) and now a dancer, having learned to dance for her latest video. What’s next is anyone’s guess!
